SystemCheck, the established water analysis programme for central heating systems from Sentinel, is now available as an online service.
This move means that installers, contractors, and homeowners can access detailed system water quality reports within just three working days, helping to ensure that boilers and heating system components are protected from corrosion and limescale. The new SystemCheck portal can be found at www.sentinelprotects.com/uk/systemcheck, allowing users to both submit sample details online and track samples simply by entering the reference number that is printed on the form found in the SystemCheck pack.
SystemCheck is used commonly when commissioning new heating systems, but also when replacing components in older systems – even those 20 years old or more. It is also ideal for identifying problems with poorly treated existing systems, allowing users to take effective corrective measures promptly, or for performing a general health check to ensure that a system is working efficiently.
The kit comes with everything needed to provide water samples for analysis. A returnable plastic box is supplied containing two sample bottles (one for the mains supply water and one for the system circulating water), each with a unique identification number and easy-to-follow instructions. A pre-printed Freepost envelope is included for sample dispatch. Customers then simply go online to track the results.
