The company was established in 2011 by Tim Brown and Mark Dickson, who between them, have nearly 60 years’ experience in the industry. Timbermark take a bespoke approach to every project, creating beautifully crafted furniture & fit-outs. Speaking about the company, Estimator Paul Robinson commented: “We utilise the latest technology along with traditional production methods to create works of the highest quality. “We have recently completed projects for Claridges, The Connaught, Selfridges, Chateau de la Cazine, The Mac Belfast, Slater Design, Focus Menswear, Lakeland and Butler’s Chocolate Cafés. “Our team of specialist joiners combine the latest technology with traditional production techniques to offer a bespoke joinery service. We produce furniture (both built-in and free standing), doors, windows and screens to your specifications and to the very highest quality. “Our workshop in Belfast offers a wide range of timbers — from beautiful hardwoods such as Ash, Oak and Teak, to more traditional softwoods such as Pine. The natural beauty and durability of these woods are enhanced through a range of subtle finishes, including lamination, staining and spraying.” Slater Design, Dublin Timbermark recently completed a number of bespoke pieces of joinery for Slater Design’s new offices in Ballsbridge, Dublin. Working with Hall McKnight Architects, the company produced a number of key pieces of furniture including; a built in bench seating unit, three room divider screens (incorporating storage and bench seating) and a built in desk unit. Materials used included solid white oak and oak engineering flooring. On one of the dividers produced Timbermark sprayed the unit with magnetic paint to create a unique display wall. The Mac, Belfast Working in conjunction with Hall McKnight Architects Timbermark were delighted to be commissioned to create a number of pieces of joinery for The Mac. Opened in mid-2012, The Mac is Belfast’s newest arts venue situated in the emerging Cathedral Quarter of the city. Pieces Timbermark produced for the venue included boardroom tables and fitted boardroom furniture, display cabinets, seating, drinks shelves and toilet cubicle doors. The materials used included coloured Formica laminates, metalwork and glass.
