NHBC Awards Builders For Contribution To High Quality Homes In Northern Ireland

Around 250 leading figures in the Northern Irish house building industry recently gathered at NHBC’s 36th Pride in the Job Regional Awards ceremony, held at the Culloden Estate, Belfast

Regional award winners Alan Lynas from Porter & Co (Medium category) and Stephen Austin from Dunlop Homes Ltd (Small category), were selected from more than 16,000 UK site managers, and were recognised for their contribution to the provision of high quality new homes.

A further five site managers from the region were awarded Seals of Excellence. The Regional award winners will now go on to compete for the Supreme Awards to be announced in January 2017.

Pride in the Job is the only award scheme in the UK to recognise the contribution a site manager makes to a development. It is one of the most intense and celebrated awards in the industry, marking out recipients as exceptional performers in UK housebuilding. It has helped drive up the standard of new UK homes, producing a better end product for homeowners.
