Close to the core of the wonderful Woburn Estate with its famous safari park and majestic Abbey, lies Maryland, a fabulous development of houses and apartments by Kebbell Homes.

Each has been skilfully converted and restored or built as new with the latest energy efficient products. Ventilation systems for the development have been supplied by European market leader Vortice. Its popular HR400M heat recovery systems are used throughout the project.

Vortice heat recovery systems have impressive performances, with thermal efficiencies achieving the low 90% range and with excellent specific fan power ratings.

These take stale air from the wet rooms of the building, remove the heat and replace that heat into the fresh air they bring back into the building from outside.

Paul Gunner, National Sales Manager at Vortice said: “As new builds are becoming ever more airtight, mechanical ventilation systems must assume a higher priority if our homes are to be healthy environments in which to live.”
